Delivery and Return Policy

1. Delivery Information

Your orders will be shipped within 3 business days at the latest after payment confirmation. The delivery time may vary between 1 to 5 business days depending on the shipping company and the recipient's location.

Products are delivered to the shipping address specified at the time of order. If you are not present at the address during delivery, the courier company will leave a notice, and you will be expected to pick up the product from the nearest branch.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on the total order amount and the delivery address. Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.

3. Return Conditions

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition.

Returns must include the original packaging and the full invoice. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.

4. Return Process

To start a return request, please email us at [email protected]. Once the product is received and inspected, your payment will be refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method.

For international returns: Shipping and customs fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
